2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Simply contact us at hello@gunpowder.money with the email address associated with your account, and we will process your refund.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and all features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time remaining in your billing cycle after the 14-day money-back guarantee period.
4. Additional Credit Packs
Credit packs purchased together with your initial subscription are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Credit packs purchased after this period are non-refundable.
